This information can be invaluable! This helps
you understand and formulate your offer along with review of
"the comps" and my advice (of course).
Look at what this owner/seller has been through...
1) Three different listing brokers in over a year's
time!
2) Four different price reductions!
3) Shows you Dates and specific "Status Changes."
When you, as a Buyer, are looking at dozens of homes, it
will become very easy to see which ones are over-priced.
In both booming and depressed markets, there are always
lots of over-priced listings. Over 50 homes per day
go "off the market" as Expired/Canceled listings in
the SF bay area.
