When you've got a good thing going, the logical thing to do is to do more transactions.   Since 1987, I have had a lot of things installed in my car, so I don't have to go back to an office to send or receive a fax/email/phone call or write a letter.   Everyone seems to have a cell phone today, but do they have their 800# or office phone transferred to it? I do. I personally answer the phones, and as back up, my calls go to voice mail and I get paged. And of course all this technology is powered by a 2nd power source; An isolator at the generator charges an RV battery in the trunk, and an inverter turns DC into AC power, which runs 5+ electical appliances at once. I'm up and running even when there's a black out or no power at a vacant property.

All these things make me an invaluable asset in the bay area real estate community...
