Since 1987, I have had a lot of things installed in my car, so I don't have to go back to an office to send or receive a fax/email/phone call or write a letter.
 
Everyone seems to have a cell phone today, but do they have their 800# or office phone transferred to it? I do.
I personally answer the phones, and as back up, my calls go to voice mail and I get paged.

I'm up and running even when there's a black out or no power at a vacant property.
